At Heol Goffa, we believe that strong community links enrich the lives of our pupils and provide vital support for families. Through partnerships with local businesses, charities, and professional agencies, our pupils access unique opportunities such as work experience, cookery sessions, volunteering, and intergenerational projects. These experiences build confidence, independence, and real world skills. We also work closely with organisations like Foothold Cymru, Carers Trust, and Investors in Carers to ensure families receive guidance and resources, from financial advice to health and wellbeing support. Regular coffee mornings, Health and Care Roadshow, the Transition Roadshow, and parent training sessions create spaces for sharing information and building trust. Our strong ties with local businesses, community groups such as Llanelli Rotary, and volunteers enable fundraising, events, and practical help, ensuring every pupil benefits from a network that truly cares. As we look forward to our new school, these partnerships will continue to grow—keeping the heart of our community at the centre of everything we do.
